A VOC/OTC-compliant solvent-based tilt-up cure/bond breaker (under 350 g/L VOC) built for fast drying in cool, damp climates specifically — useful where SpecTilt 100's solvent-based performance is wanted but regional VOC limits apply. Same clean panel lift and foot-traffic abrasion resistance as the rest of the SpecTilt line.
