40%-solids waterborne silane, tested against chloride intrusion

A 40%-solids waterborne silane penetrating sealer for concrete and masonry exposed to salt and moisture — decks, parking structures, bridges, marine platforms. It's tested against NCHRP 244 chloride-intrusion protocols with strong results: an 88% reduction in water weight gain and 89% reduction in absorbed chloride in standard testing, rising to 96% chloride reduction under simulated southern-climate exposure. VOC content under 50 g/L, meets Federal Spec SS-W-110b, colorless and non-yellowing.
