Waterborne silane-siloxane repellent for salt and moisture exposure

A waterborne silane-siloxane penetrating sealer for above-grade concrete and masonry — decks, pavements, parking structures, ramps, bridges, marine platforms — anywhere de-icing salt or coastal moisture attacks concrete over time. It penetrates and bonds chemically with the substrate rather than forming a surface film, so it stays breathable while blocking chloride and moisture intrusion. Zero VOC, water-based, colorless and non-yellowing, dries tack-free. Not intended for below-grade waterproofing or for brick and asphaltic surfaces — it's a penetrating sealer for exposed concrete and masonry specifically.
