Water-based densifier that hardens floors from within

A water-based penetrating densifier and sealer that hardens concrete floor surfaces from within rather than coating over them. It reacts chemically with the slab to reduce porosity, increase abrasion resistance by more than 26% (ASTM C-779), and cut permeability by more than 76% (ASTM C-642) — the properties that keep a warehouse or plant floor from dusting under years of forklift and pedestrian traffic. Zero VOC, non-yellowing, cleans up with water, and compatible with SpecTilt bond breakers, so it fits directly into a tilt-up construction sequence without extra prep. One application, no ongoing coating maintenance.
